The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1/MCD for demolition and sealing of the unauthorized construction carried out by the respondent no. 4 in the property bearing no. A-2, New Govind Pura, Delhi-110051.

property and has already filed a complaint dated 22nd April, 2025 and 10th December, 2025 with respondent no. 1/MCD regarding the unauthorized construction.

Mr. Rohit Kathuria, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1/MCD submits that the petitioner does not have any locus in filing the present petition as the petitioner stays far away from the unauthorised construction at the aforesaid property, in respect of which demolition is sought.

He further submits that the aforesaid property has already been booked and a show-cause notice dated 31st December, 2025 under Section 343 and 344 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957, has already been issued to the respondent no. 4.

The same is handed over in Court and is taken on record. 5.
In view thereof, no orders are required to be passed in the present case.

Needless to state that the respondent no.1 /MCD shall take action in respect of the aforesaid property in accordance with law. 7.
