% 09.01.2019 Learned counsel present on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that he represents Mr. Rajeev & Mr. Sanjeev Buckshee i.e. the legal heirs of the deceased/ respondent no.1 as arrayed before the learned Trial Court qua whom it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner by the learned counsel present that they have not yet been brought on record and steps in relation thereto would be taken. None is present on behalf of the R-2, 2(a) to (c), 2(c)(i), 2(c)(ii). The respondent no.3 is present in person. None is present on behalf of the respondent no.4, 4(a) to (d).

CM APPL. 32271/2018 This is an application filed on behalf of the legal heirs of the deceased/ petitioner seeking the substitution in place of the deceased/petitioner. On behalf of the respondent no.6, it is submitted that there is no opposition thereto, in view of the deliberate dilatory tactics being adopted by the petitioner. The respondent no.5 seeks to file the reply to the said application, which be so filed within a period of two weeks.

Interim order dated 27.09.2016 is extended till the next date of hearing.
