Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners have been discharged by the concerned learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order dated 11.10.2019, hence, she seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty that in case orders are set aside in appeal/revision etc., she may be allowed to file a fresh petition in accordance with law. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdraw, with liberty as prayed, subject to just exceptions. Pending application is also dismissed.
