After considerable arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners appearing through video conferencing seeks to withdraw the present petition and take appropriate remedies in accordance with law, since the same is not maintainable in view of the factum that, admittedly, the complaint filed on 26.11.2025 has already been closed and a closure report has since been filed on 06.12.2025 after due intimation to the petitioner, and since the same has not been challenged, nor any recourse to Section 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been taken by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
