HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN

% 25.04.2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of CHA licence in original and I-Card to all the employees who had surrendered the same before respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner states that though the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal [for short 'Tribunal'] had set aside petitioner's CHA licence on 23rd December, 2015, yet respondents have not issued CHA licence in original and I Cards to its employees. Upon a perusal of the paper book, this Court finds that after the order passed by the Tribunal, the petitioner has made representations which have not
been disposed of till date.
Consequently, present writ petition and application are disposed of with a direction to respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 4th March, 2016 at page nos. 169 and 170 of the paper book by way of a reasoned order. The reasoned order shall be communicated to the petitioner by registered post.
Order dasti under signature of Court Master.
