Counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ petition, inasmuch as, counsel for the respondent has stated that an appeal is provided under the departmental rules, and which appellate authority is the Board of Management, to challenge the impugned order of the disciplinary authority dated 20/22.12.2016. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed granting the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent appellate authority being the Board of Management of the respondent.
