The present petition has been filed under Section 14(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("Arbitration Act"), seeking a declaration that the mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator, appointed by this Court in Arbitration Petition 1887/2025, vide order dated 11th November, 2025, be terminated, in accordance with the provisions of law. 2.

Learned counsels appearing for the parties jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled the disputes amongst themselves. It is further submitted that the parties have already indicated and communicated to the learned Arbitrator that the parties would be unable to continue with the arbitral proceedings in view of the said settlement. 3.

It is submitted that respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 34,00,000/- to the petitioner, towards settlement of all claims, which amount The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. already stands paid.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confirms that her client has received the amount under the settlement, on 25th December, 2025. 5.

For the reasons stated above and in view of the joint submissions made by learned counsels appearing for the parties, the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is hereby terminated.

The present petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
