Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the subject premises. He further submits that he is handing over the key of the premises to the learned Counsel for the Respondent alongwith two cheques bearing No.071471 and 071470 dated 05.11.2024, in the sum of Rs.2 lacs each.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent accepts the keys as well as the two cheques. Photocopy of the cheques is handed over. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Since the undertaking as was directed by the Court on 01.10.2024 has not been filed by the Petitioner prior to vacating the subject premises, the liberty is given to the Respondent to file proceedings in accordance with law The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
