% 13.04.2018 Vide the present petition, the only limited prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to respondent no.2 to decide its statutory appeal dated 5th August, 2016, expeditiously. Ms.Arunima Dwivedi, learned counsel who appears on advance notice, submits that the petitioner's appeal is under active consideration and appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's appeal within three weeks from today.
