O R D E R

% 16.03.2016 This petition has been instituted by 18 petitioners working as Staff Nurses at Indian Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, Dilshad Garden, Delhi, seeking directions to the respondents to grant all benefits to the petitioners arising out of the order passed by Govt. of NCT of Delhi on 19th November, 2012 with regard to the period commencing from 19th November, 2012 to 28th February, 2013.

Notice in this matter was issued by this Court on 10th March, 2015 and after completion of pleadings the matter has been placed before this Court by the Registrar for further consideration. Today, counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has handed over a copy of the office order dated 2nd March, 2016 issued by the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences taking note of order passed W.P.(C) 2331/2015

on 15th May, 2015 in another batch of similar petitions, whilst also directing as follows:

"Now, it has been decided with the approval of Director that all Staff Nurses working on contract basis for that period may be given the benefit of arrear in terms of Govt.

NCT of Delhi order No.F1/(550)/RC/H&FW/2012/12026-12061 dated 19.11.2012. Accordingly the arrear for 26 nos. staff nurses as per list enclosed (Annexure - A) may be released immediately to avoid legal complications."

A copy of the said order, to which names of the petitioners are also stated to be annexed as Annexure - A, is taken on record. Counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 states, on instructions, that payment in terms of the aforesaid order shall be transmitted to the account of the petitioners within ten days from today. The statement of counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is accepted by this Court and the said respondents shall remain bound by the same.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the submission of counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, he does not wish to press this petition any further and prays that the petition be disposed off in terms thereof.

It is ordered accordingly.

The petition stand disposed off accordingly.
