By way of the present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 107/2025 registered under Sections 109(1)/238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at P.S. Gulabi Bagh. 2.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over an order dated 19.03.2026, passed by the Sessions Court, by which the petitioner has been admitted to bail. The said copy of the order is taken on record.

The present bail application has therefore been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
