W.P.(C) 3136/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking quashing of proceedings of the DPC dated 31.08.2015 and the resolution dated 03.09.2015 passed by the Managing Committee of respondent No.4.

Despite office objection, copy of proceedings of the DPC dated 31.08.2015 and the resolution dated 03.09.2015 passed by the Managing Committee of respondent No.4 have not been placed on record by the petitioner.

At this stage, Mr.Farrukh Rasheed, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with

liberty to file a fresh petition along with copy of proceedings of the DPC dated 31.08.2015 and the resolution dated 03.09.2015 passed by the Managing Committee of respondent No.4.
