The present petition under Section 24 read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Allow the present petition filed under Section 24 read with Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure seeking transfer of case titled as "Mis Agarwal Auto Traders & Ors. V. Ms. Sarika Chaturvedi" bearing OMP (Comm.) No. 35/ 2025 pending before the Ld. District judge (Commercial Court)-06, South East, Saket Courts in the Court ofLd. District Judge (Commercial Court-04), South-East, Saket Courts; And/or;

(b) transfer the case bearing no. OMP (COMM.) 35/2025 to the Hon'ble Court of District Judge (Commercial Court)-04. And/or; (c) Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

submits that he has no objection with respect to prayer (a), without prejudice to his objection with regard to limitation as well as payment of cost on behalf of the petitioner as recorded in the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in T.P.C. No. 50/2025.

In view thereof, OMP (Comm.) No. 35/2025 pending before the learned District judge (Commercial Court)-06, South East, Saket Courts, is transferred to the learned District Judge (Commercial Court-04), South-East, Saket Courts, Delhi. Let the records of the said petition be transferred to the concerned Court within a period of 10 days. Parties are directed to appear before the concerned Court accordingly.

With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is disposed of. 6.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 7.
