LPA 203/2018 & CM APPL. 14507-08/2018 We have heard learned counsel for the parties. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for an order requiring learned Single Judge to hear the
petitions pending before him, expeditiously. The Court is of the opinion that no direction can be made in this regard. It was therefore submitted that the learned Single Judge would be requested to consider the question. In these circumstances, the parties shall be present before the concerned learned Single Judge on 18th April, 2018. The Registry is directed to list W.P.(C) 2127/2018 and W.P.(C) 2616/2018 on that day.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms along with the pending applications.
