The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of appropriate directions for expeditious disposal of the suit bearing no. CIV DJ 621/2022 and application under order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2, of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 pending before concerned trial court.
