Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that in view of the subsequent development, it seems that the quashing, at the moment, is not possible as the terms of the reunion are not acceptable to respondent No.2/wife.

In view of the above, he does not press the present petition at the moment. However, he seeks liberty to move any such petition at a later stage, in case the parties come to a mutual settlement. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

The pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
