This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter stands reserved, that the draft award has been prepared and the same has been circulated to the Co-Arbitrators for further discussion to reach a consensus. 3.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant has no serious objection to the prayer made.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by three months.
