Counsel for the plaintiff states that the present suit has been settled with the defendants before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.08.2015 and in terms thereof, the plaintiff has received the sale consideration in respect of the suit premises from the defendants and therefore, she does not wish to pursue the present suit any further. He further requests that a certificate may be issued for refund of the court fee under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The suit is disposed of alongwith the pending application. The Registry is directed to issue a certificate in favour of the plaintiff for refund of the court fees, as per law.
