% 04.11.2016 Review Pet. No.490/2016 The petitioner seeks a review of the order dated 05.10.2016. His grounds of review have been perused. Submission before this Court is largely on the premise that he had also wished to place certain photographs on record; he was not given an opportunity. His arguments could not be addressed correctly.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on advance notice, has put her appearance. Her submission is that the photographs filed by the Police had been perused. This was in the presence of the petitioner who had not disputed the photographs. This Court notes the stand of the Department. This Court also notes the order which has been

passed on 05.10.2016. This Court had noted that admittedly it was a Sunday weekly market which was held for 3-4 hours. The photographs filed by the SI (who had inspected the site in question) had clearly depicted that no stalls were put by the stall holders on the main road; there was no disruption of traffic at the site. This review petition is without any merit. Dismissed with costs quantified at Rs.10,000/-.
