The present writ petition has been filed impugning the notice dated 22nd July, 2024 issued under Section 123(D) of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and the subsequent proceedings arising from the said notice.

On the last date of hearing, counsel for MCD had submitted that there is an Amnesty Scheme in place in terms of which, the outstanding dues of the petitioner would drastically stand reduced. 3.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner today even on the second call.

Counsel for MCD submits that the petitioner has availed the benefit of the Amnesty Scheme and has paid the outstanding dues. 5.
In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of.
