% 29.08.2016 IA No. 9263/2016 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 for taking on record the settlement agreement between the parties and for disposing of the petition in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the parties state that parties have amicably resolved their disputes and have entered into an agreement dated 25.07.2016.

In view of the aforesaid settlement, the disputes between the parties do not survive; accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
