By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month on the ground of settling property dispute between his brothers & sisters and also for reconnecting social ties with the family & society.

Notice. Mr.Rahul Mehra, St.Counsel for the State accepts notice of this writ petition and furnishes the status report. 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough w.e.f. 28.01.2016 to 11.02.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
