All the three petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.512/2025 dated 15.08.2025, registered at PS Binda Pur, for commission of offences under Sections 498A/34 IPC.

The quashing is qua the petitioners only and is not against the alleged main accused i.e. husband of respondent No.2. 3.

Learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State appears on advance notice, and submits that the investigation qua the petitioners is almost complete and chargesheet is likely to be filed very shortly. It would, therefore, be appropriate to consider any such request once the investigation is over and chargesheet is filed.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present petition at the present juncture. the petitioners are chargesheeted by the police. 5.
