% 09.03.2019 The settled enhanced amount of 2,00,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company with Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks from today failing which, it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum. Settled amount shall be released to the claimant in consonance with the terms of the impugned award.

The appeal shall stand disposed of.
