Mr. Mittal, learned counsel for the respondent has placed before us a compilation of 14 documents which also includes the Standard Operating Procedure ('SOP') for referring the matters for conciliation. 3.
Though, at this stage, Mr. Avi Singh, learned senior counsel for the petitioners/appellants submits that even the petitioners/appellants have also filed the SOP on record.

It is agreed by the counsel for the parties that the petitioners/appellants shall submit their statement of disputes to the respondent/MoRTH, PWD, Government of Chhattisgarh within two days.

If that be so, taking the submissions made by Mr. Avi Singh, Sr. Adv. and Mr. Ankur Mittal, Adv. on record, we dispose of the appeal as well as the writ petition by observing that the parties shall proceed with the conciliation process in accordance with the SOP/the contract, binding the parties. 7.
All rights and remedies of the parties are left open in accordance with law.
