It appears that application filed by the petitioner under Section 156(3) CrPC was dismissed by the learned magistrate and that order was upheld by the revisional court. Now, those orders have been challenged by way of the present writ petition.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions of his client present in courtroom, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to continue the proceedings before the learned magistrate in the complaint case already pending there.
