The present petition alleges wilful disobedience/non-compliance of the order dated 16.04.2025. The said order reads as under: "3. The present petition has been purportedly filed on behalf the President of Employees Group C & D of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital, 5 Rajpura Road, Delhi raising a grievance that the members of the petitioner's union used to use a room in the premises of the said hospital (Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital, Rajpura Road, Delhi) as their office. However, sometime in February, 2014 the keys thereof was handed over to the Hospital Administration/ respondent no.1 for renovation of the office and thereafter, the said keys were not returned to the petitioner. 4.

Ex facie, by way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to agitate a cause of action which accrued in the year 2014. The present petition is, therefore, hopelessly barred on account of delay and laches. 5.

During the course proceedings, it is also brought out by the learned counsel for respondent no. 1, who appears on advance notice, that the present petition is supported by an affidavit of one Mr. Vipti Ram, whose services were terminated by the respondent no.1 more than two decades ago.

In the aforesaid circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself for seeking that the representation made by the petitioner as forwarded by the Health and Family Department, GNCTD vide letter dated 23.03.2016 to the respondent no.1, be duly considered and decided by the respondent no. 1. 7.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that the said representation shall be looked into and a decision thereon shall be taken under intimation to the petitioner. The said statement is taken on record. 8.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms." 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed of expeditiously. The said statement is taken on record.

Let the same be done within a period of 2 months from today. 4.

Let a copy of the communication disposing of the representation be provided to the petitioner.

It is also noticed that the order dated 16.04.2025 records that the petitioner is seeking to agitate a cause of action which accrued in the year 2014. In the circumstances, in terms of the order dated 16.04.2025, consideration of the said representation by the respondents, shall not be construed as affording any fresh cause of action to the petitioner. 6.
