The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') seeking issuance of a Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce Ms.XXX , the minor daughter of the petitioner. 2.
Ms.XXX has been produced before us today in Court. 3.

how the girl was traced, whereafter her medical examination has been conducted and consequently Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 has been added to the case registered against Mr. Gopal, with whom she had allegedly gone. The Status Report is taken on record.

The learned Standing Counsel submits that the statement of the girl will now be recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS whereafter she will be produced before the concerned Child Welfare Committee today itself.

In view of the above, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of. 6.
