% 20.08.2018 In view of the fact that the issue involved in the instant petition is also pending consideration before the Hon'ble Supreme Court wherein the petitioner has sought impleadment, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition. He is permitted to do so. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application.
