This is a suit for recovery valued at less than Rs.1 crore. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that part of cause of action arose at plaintiff's office which is situated at Bhikaji Cama Place. It is also seen from the record that office of defendant no.1 is also situated at Mehrauli which falls under the jurisdiction of District South, Court. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South), Saket, Delhi on 28.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
