By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following prayer: "i. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction as may be deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, directing the Respondents to furnish detailed information regarding list and particulars of cases in which the petitioner has been convicted, cases in which the petitioner is currently facing trial, cases in which the petitioner has served sentence, cases in which the petitioner is currently serving sentence, as well as the ashes in which the Petitioner is yet to serve sentence..." 2.

This Court notes that the petitioner herein had sought similar prayer by way of an RTI request form bearing registration No. CJAIC/R/2024/6018 before the Public Authority Central Jail. second appeal under the RTI Act on 14.04.2025 which was registered as CIC/CJTHR/A/2025/617064.

Thus, the order passed by the Public Authority is under challenge, however the same prayer has been made before this Court. 4.

In these circumstances, it is directed that the second appeal preferred by the petitioner on 14.04.2025 be decided by the concerned authorities within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order, under intimation to the petitioner herein.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this Court, in case, he is aggrieved by the order so passed by the concerned authority. 6.

The present petition is disposed of in above terms. 7.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent forthwith for information and compliance. 8.
