% 13.07.2016 By this application the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 686/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar.

The status report has been placed on record. Learned APP for the State has taken me through the status report. The allegations in the FIR are that of extortion of an amount of `30 lakhs by Madan Mohan Sharma. The misrepresentation if any is by Madan Mohan Sharma. The only role attributed to the petitioner is that he introduced the complainant to Madan Mohan Sharma @ Suleman Baba. Even during investigation carried on till now no further role has been found out except introducing the complainant to the main accused.

BAIL APPLN. 692/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioner be released on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/ SHO concerned. The petitioner will join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating officer. Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
