Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in the present case, the appeal itself was filed with the delay of around 600 days and without even annexing the certified copy of impugned order. It is submitted that, without the defects being removed, without the delay condoned, and even without disposal of the application of pre-deposit, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) granted an interim relief in favour of the respondent, which has been continuously extended for last about three years. 2.

He further submits that the petitioner's application for vacation of stay, as well as other applications raising the grounds that the appeal itself has become infructuous and/or is not maintainable, are not being taken up for hearing and adjudication.

We are also informed that the next date fixed before the DRAT is 27.03.2026. The DRAT is expected to take up the matter on the said date and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. decide all the applications filed by the petitioner-bank. In case, the same could not be taken up and decided on the said date, the matter shall be taken up on a day-to-day basis.
