1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that during the course of mediation, a settlement has been arrived at between the Petitioner and her husband - both of whom are present in the Court. The Settlement Agreement dated 23rd April 2018 signed by both of them before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has been produced before the Court. Both of them confirm that in terms of the settlement both the parties will live together in the matrimonial home, perform their obligations and will take care of each other and their minor children in all respects. They have further agreed that the husband shall bear all the household expenses and the education expenses of the minor children and that he shall spend W.P.(CRL) 1133/2018

maximum quality time with his wife and children.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has no further grievance.

3. The petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23rd April 2018 which shall form of the present order. Liberty is granted to the parties to approach the Court if there is any difficulty faced by them in working out the terms of settlement.
