Through the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner challenges correctness of the order dated 05.08.2025 (hereafter 'the impugned order'), passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 1333/2020.

The Respondent was ordered to be compulsorily retired vide order dated 29.08.2019 as he had completed 30 years of service. By way of the impugned order, the learned Tribunal set aside the said order after observing that constitution of Review Committee and Representation Committee was not appropriate. 3.

After arguing at length, learned counsel representing the parties have come to a consensus. They jointly (on instructions) state that the impugned order be suitably modified and the matter be remanded for re-examination by the Review Committee as well as Representation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Keeping in view the aforesaid consensus, the impugned order is modified to the said extent.

The Review Committee and Representation Committee are requested to consider the Petitioner's case within a period of one month. Further, the constitution of the aforesaid committees shall be made keeping in view the observations made by the learned Tribunal. 6.
