Through the present Writ Petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner assails the correctness of the order dated 21.08.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. join or having joined, subsequently resigns within the prescribed period. Petitioner also challenges the Order dated 04.11.2025 passed in Application No.168/2025 dismissing the review filed by the Petitioner.

It has been pointed out that the Petitioner has issued provisional offer of appointment dated 26.09.2025 to the selected candidate Sh. Devansh Bhargava, and he has assumed the charge of the post of Accountant w.e.f. 03.11.2025, and has not resigned. 5.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner admits that the issue arising in the present case, at this stage, is purely academic. He submits that he has no objection if the Petition is disposed of while keeping the question of law open with liberty to file an application for revival if and when required.
