This Public Interest Litigation raises certain concerns about issues, which are already engaging attention of this Court in W.P. (C) 18718/2025 titled as 'Akhil Rana & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors.'. 3.

Prior to filing of this Petition, the Petitioner had approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing Writ Petition (Civil) No. 1232/2025, which has been disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 15.12.2025 permitting the Petitioner to join the proceedings of the said Writ Petition pending before this Court.
