By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 257/2025, dated 18.08.2025, registered at Police Station Rani Bagh, under Sections 69 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over a copy of the status report dated 11.02.2026, which is taken on record.

Mr. Vali submits that, although the testimony of the prosecutrix has been completed, after the order of the learned Sessions Court dated BAIL APPLN. 125/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 29.11.2025, by which the applicant's last bail application was rejected, three other material witnesses are yet to be examined. 4.
Mr. D.K. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the learned Sessions Court may be requested to expedite the recording of evidence of the remaining material witnesses, and that the applicant be granted liberty to move the learned Sessions Court afresh thereafter, in accordance with law.

In view of the foregoing, the bail application is disposed of with a request that the learned Sessions Court expedite the recording of evidence of the remaining material witnesses. Mr. Vali assures the Court that the prosecution will extend its full cooperation in this process. 6.
It is clarified that this order is passed without prejudice to the applicant's right to move the learned Sessions Court afresh for bail at the appropriate stage, including in the event of any undue or inordinate delay in the recording of evidence of the material witnesses.
