The present Petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], seeks appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of disputes inter se the parties. 2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner has passed across the bar, a physical copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026 ["Settlement Agreement"], entered into between the parties to the present Petition.

A perusal of the said Settlement Agreement makes it evident that all the disputes, which forms the subject matter of the present Petition, stands settled by way of the said Settlement Agreement. 4.
The Registry is directed to ensure that the aforestated Settlement Agreement is made a part of the record. 5.
In this backdrop, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present Petition.
