The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the Order dated 07.10.2025 passed by the Lokpal of India in Complaint No.102 of 2025, whereby, it was held that the complainant therein cannot be permitted to pursue same grievance before different forums successively and consequently, the complaint was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings, as permissible in law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
