The aforesaid notice would clearly indicate that the petitioner has been called upon to provide proof regarding occupancy right/ authorisation for the land in question, failing which, the authority concerned directed that the proper legal action for removal of the encroachment will have to take place, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that vide Annexure P-12 dated 09.12.2025, a detailed reply has been furnished. It appears that no decision has been taken on the said reply.

Under these circumstances, it is directed that before contemplating any action, let the respondent no.1 to consider the reply dated 09.12.2025 i.e. Annexure P-12 in the petition, in accordance with law. 7.
With the aforesaid observations, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
