% 15.01.2026 After some arguments, Mr. Varun Mittal, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners before the Trial Court. He further submits that despite the filing of the chargesheet in the year 2022, the matter has not progressed before the Trial Court. The petition, alongwith pending applications, is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

It is open to the petitioners to seek necessary directions from the Trial Court in accordance with law. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
