By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India Constitution read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) as also read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the petitioner seeks to direct the Investigating Officer (I.O.) to conduct fair investigation of the case and to place on record the document(s) submitted by the petitioner during the investigation of the case arising out of the FIR No.47/2023 dated 16.02.2023 under Section(s) 376/ 506/ 509 Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) registered at PS: Mayapuri, Delhi.
