This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the parties are trying to settle the dispute and has no serious objection to the prayer made. 3.

Let the endeavour to settle the matter continue however, this petition is allowed and the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by six months.
