This public interest petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the respondent No.1/North Delhi Municipal Corporation in removing the alleged illegal constructions in certain properties specified therein. 2.

Shri Ajjay Aroraa, the learned counsel who appeared on behalf of the respondent No.1 on advance notice submits that appropriate action would be taken following due process of law in case the allegations in the writ petition are found to be true.
