% 29.08.2017 IA No. 9842/2017 This application is filed by the Local Commissioners seeking enhancement of their fees.

This court on 19.09.2016 had appointed two Local Commissioners to visit the premises and under the supervision of the Local Commissioners, the partition wall of the room in question was to be removed and after the removal of the equipments, the same was to be reconstructed by the petitioner. The fee of the Local Commissions was fixed at Rs.80,000/- each excluding expenses.

This application is filed stating that the Local Commissioners have visited the site on five different dates to comply with the order of this court. Hence, enhancement of the fee is sought.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the Local Commissioner may be paid an additional sum of Rs.70,000/- each. The application stands disposed of.
