By virtue of the present petitions under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioners seek setting aside of the order dated 04.03.2025, passed by the learned CJM, Dwarka Court, Delhi in CC No.541/2024 entitled Madhu Verma Vs. Mohinder Verma & Ors. as also quashing of FIR No.35/2025 dated 18.03.2025 registered at PS.: Economic Offences Wing under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

After some arguments, and without adverting the merits involved, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to challenge the order dated 04.03.2025 passed by the learned CJM by taking appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 3.
Accordingly, the present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
