% 08.07.2017 As per discussion it is agreed between the parties that out of the awarded amount along with interest by the Tribunal granted on 10.12.2014, lump sum amount of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company and the remaining amount, so deposited with this Court in the present appeal along with accrued interest thereon shall go to the respondents. The appellant shall also be entitle for withdrawal of statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, if deposited.

Nothing remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal

stands disposed of.
