Ms. Majid, learned Counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition appropriately explaining the delay in approaching this Court against the impugned order which was passed as far back as in March 2024. 2.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
