Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that motorcycle of the petitioner has already been scrapped. 2.

In view thereof, the petitioner who appears in person, seeks additional compensation.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of while giving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in law to seek compensation.
